Ibrahim Al Housani
Youth Advisor – CrossRoads Initiative
After completing his high school education from Al Maali International School, he acquired a diploma in Future Services from the Etisalat Academy and then a B.S in Banking & Finance in 2021 from the EIBFS, all in the Abu Dhabi.
Beginning his career as a Junior Associate at UAE Exchange, he progressed quickly to the role of Senior Officer at First Abu Dhabi Bank, before assuming his current position as a Financial Analyst at the Securities & Commodities Authority, the market regulator in the UAE.
Reading through his resumé one may be faulted for wondering how anyone could accomplish so much at so young an age. His industrious work ethos and determination to not waste a minute in acquiring valuable new skills and experience make him worthy of emulation by young people the world over. A complete list of his already considerable achievements is impossible to capture within the narrow confines of a website profile, however two that bear mention are his roles as Vice President of the Youth Council of Al Dhafra region in Abu Dhabi and as a member of the Youth Council of the SCA.
Ibrahim is the kind of young man who inspires confidence that the future of the UAE and the world is in safe hands. He has a prominent presence in
humanitarian and community initiatives, and constantly strives to support projects that promote the spirit of giving and social responsibility among youth. As he moves forward to no doubt bigger and better things, he is blessed to have a like minded life partner who is equally delightful and determined.
We are excited to have this charming young man advise us on our efforts to connect the many young people moving to the UAE to the youth of the UAE – a program we call CrossRoads.
